Here at Annexa, we talk to people everyday about the value a NetSuite ERP deployment will deliver. In fact, we know the potential because we spend our time designing and deploying modern solutions that completely change the way a business operates. Most often, companies knock on our door when their systems begin straining under the pressures of growth. They know their current state is becoming unviable and they’ve done their research -  a cloud ERP can not only get their business in order; it can set them on a growth trajectory like no other business system can.

Today, we are sharing the story of two customers who came to us knowing a cloud-based ERP was a strategic imperative for their company. And in our latest video stories from customers, we want to show how our close working relationship resulted in a NetSuite solution with the flexible capabilities they needed to adjust and adapt as they evolve. From replacing manual processes and automating business functionalities to improving efficiency, accuracy and visibility, these customers experienced a level of transformation that is truly unique to a well-deployed cloud ERP.

Retail customer story: True Protein

Industry:

  • Retail
  • Wholesale distribution
  • Manufacturing

 About True Protein:

True Protein is the fastest-growing health and performance supplements company in Australia. Since 2014, True has cut through the noise of a highly competitive industry to break the mould by delivering authentic, all-natural products with genuine health benefits.

The roadblocks:

True Protein came to us wanting to take back control of operations and be more proactive in the decision-making process. They were wasting valuable time patching together information from siloed and disparate systems. Reporting took so long that when they could finally make sense of the data, the time to take a relevant course of action had long ago expired. For management, this lack of trust in their data had forced them to conservatively over invest in goods and raw materials. This meant cash flow was being held in ‘safety’ inventory rather than fuelling the company’s growth.

“We had reached a point where our existing framework wasn't capable of supporting our growth, our internal reporting needs and most importantly the customer experience we are renowned for. We needed to overhaul everything from the eCommerce platform, through to our warehouse management system and then into finance and procurement as well.”

  • Lachlan Cornwell, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, True Protein

 The transformation

This video demonstrates the unique ERP strategy that has helped True Protein conquer their challenges, from moving away from fragmented business systems to having complete visibility over inventory and gaining trusted customer and product intelligence.

Watch as True Protein share their real-world transformation story and how their focused approach to ERP adoption has changed the company for the better.

Not for profit customer story: Good360

Industry:

  • Not for profit

About Good360:

Not for profit Good360 helps vulnerable Australians by matching brand new goods pledged by businesses with the people who need them most. Already in operation for 30 years in the US, Good360 launched in Australia in 2015 and has already driven significant impact in their efforts to connect surplus with need – they have matched over $180 million worth of goods.

The roadblocks:

Good360 relies on technology to realise its goal of distributing $1 billion of goods by 2025 to Australians. To reach this goal, they have been expanding operations to better meet the needs of vulnerable Australians. As demand for their services rose, they knew they could no longer rely on the US instance of NetSuite that had supported their first five years of operation in Australian.

“We are a charity, but we also run things like a large commercial operation with warehousing, non-repeating inventory and a high volume of orders. NetSuite was able to be customised to these unique requirements.”

  • Alison Covington, Founder and Managing Director, Good360

The transformation

ERP systems can benefit almost any organisation, across all industries. But when it comes to not for profits, deploying an ERP solution can drive incredible impact. Not for profit, Good360 experienced this transformation firsthand.

Watch this video case study to learn exactly how the Good360 team addressed their critical business functions with the efficiency and extensibility of a true cloud based solution.
