1. Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp
You may have recently received a notification regarding the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp and the depreciation of the Advanced Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp.
If you are only utilising the Electronic Bank Payments SuiteApp, and do not require the Advanced features. You may disregard the change detailed below.
What version am I using?
As a systems administrator, you can determine which version you are using by navigating to:
Customisation > Search & Install Bundles > List
If you have the ‘Advanced Electronic Bank Payments’ app installed, you will need to follow the instructions listed below. If you only have the ‘Electronic Bank Payments’ app installed, then no action is required.
Advanced Electronic Bank Payments License required for Generate Bill and Customer Payment File feature
As of 2019.1, the generation of instant electronic bank payment file through Generate Bill or Customer Payment File page (accessed from Payments > Bank File Generation) will have the same restriction, based on your license, as with Bill and Invoice Payment Processing page.
Required action:
Before you uninstall the Advanced Electronic Payments SuiteApp, you must first install the NetSuite SuiteApp’s License Client.
This will ensure that you can still use the advanced features of Electronic Bank Payments before transitioning to the NetSuite SuiteApp’s License Client.
The NetSuite SuiteApp’s License Client is free but you need to purchase the Advanced Electronic Bank Payments License.
The NetSuite SuiteApps License Client only manages license information of SuiteApps installed in your account.
The license itself needs to be purchased before you can access the advanced features of Electronic Bank Payments.
Contact your NetSuite account representative to purchase the Advanced Electronic Bank Payments License.

3. Sandbox Domain
The sandbox domain will no longer be accessible as of February 28, 2019. NetSuite Sandbox accounts will be accessible through the same URL as your production account.
Once you have logged into your production account, you will be able to change to the sandbox account by selecting the applicable role within your ‘View Roles’ page.
Required Actions
If your sandbox account is still accessed via system.sandbox.netsuite.com, you must refresh your sandbox accounts before this date, so that they will move to the NetSuite domain (system.netsuite.com).
If you do not refresh your sandbox, you will lose access to sandbox accounts on the sandbox domain on February 28th, 2019.
4. Full Access Role
As of 2019.1, the following changes have been made to the Full Access role:
The Full Access role has been renamed to Full Access (depreciated).
You cannot assign the Full Access role to new users.
When users log in with the Full Access role, they see a notification indicating that the Full Access role is being depreciated.
A new permission called ‘Core Administration Permissions’ is available. This permission provides access to some of the same functions that are currently available to users with the Full Access role. You may be able to use Core Administration Permissions as an alternative to the Full Access role.
Required Actions:
You should review the users in your account to whom the Full Access role is assigned. Determine which users need the Full Access role for their job functions and consider the following:
If any users do not need the Full Access role, assign them another role and encourage them to start using it as soon as possible.
For users who do require this role, analyse their needs to determine the access granted by this role that is not available through a different role. Develop a strategy to configure the desired access for these users by assigning them a different role or additional global permissions.
